In Mystery Dungeon there are many dungeons that you need to complete. The story mode has the main dungeons and then afterwards you can visit the side dungeons. In these dungeons are powerful Pokemon for experience points. Some of these Pokemon happen to be legendary Pokemon such as Articuno and Rayquaza.
