Ash and co. have arrived at a Pokémon Park where Pokémon can have lots of fun. They let out all of their Pokémon. Pikachu is hopping along the road. Behind Pikachu is all of the other Pokémon in a stampede. They run across Pikachu and into the park. Bulbasaur, Squirtle, and Togepi have stayed behind with Pikachu. Togepi has an upset expression on its face because it is hungry. Togepi lets out a loud scream, sending Psyduck to fall backwards. Pikachu tries to calm Togepi down with funny faces. Squirtle makes a funny face, and Togepi cries all over again. Squirtle sees an apple on a tree. Bulbasaur uses Razor Leaf. The apple falls on the ground and lands near Psyduck. Psyduck eats the apple, making Topgei cry more. Bulbasaur picks Togepi up, and it sings a lullaby to Togepi. Togepi has finally calmed down.
Togepi has been put to sleep. Suddenly, a few other Pokémon walks by. They are talking loudly. The Pokémon are Snubbull, Marill, Raichu, and Cubone. Togepi is about to wake up when Pikachu heads for the Pokémon. The Pokémon don't look very nice. Squirtle and Bulbasaur walks in the scene. Pikachu tells the Pokémon not to fight because they are setting a bad example for Togepi. Pikachu looks back, and it sees Togepi walking on a log. Scared that Togepi might fall, Pikachu runs to Togepi's aid. Pikachu carefully walks on the log to get Togepi back. The log begins to roll down. Pikachu has fallen off the log and landed in the water. Fortunately, Togepi is safe.
Snubbull and Squirtle have challenged each other to see who can hold their breath the longest. They both puff their chests up. Squirtle falls backwards, and Snubbull and its friends laughs. Bulbasaur rolls its eyes around. Snubbull does the same, but it gets dizzy. Squirtle and Marill face each other with glares. Pikachu walks up to the scene. It hopes the fighting stops soon.
Squirtle and Marill have decided to race to the other side of the pool. Electrode explodes, and the race begins. Both Pokémon are evenly matched. Suddenly, Marill swims off course and bumps into a Starmie. Starmie uses Water Gun on Marill, sending it to the edge of the pool. Squirtle has managed to land on a Goldeen. Goldeen is swimming in the opposite direction giving Marill the lead. Squirtle jumps off Goldeen, and it swims as fast as it can to the finish line. Squirtle touches the finish line, but Marill has already made it. Squirtle is disappointed that it lost.
Pikachu tries to stop the Pokémon from fighting. A few sparks from Raichu makes Togepi shiver. Pikachu helps Togepi out, but it gets shocked by Raichu. Pikachu is mad and it faces off with Raichu. Both Pokémon's cheeks get stuck together, and they run off with great speed. They run up waterfalls and past other Pokémon. A giant maze approaches them, but Pikachu and Raichu both run through the maze. Meanwhile, Arbok, Weezing, and Meowth have stopped at the park for some relaxation. Pikachu and Raichu bumps into Arbok, Weezing, and Meowth. They are sent into the air, and then they land back onto the ground. A Hitmonchan and Hitmonlee are practicing their attacks. The two Pokémon are also disturbed by Pikachu and Raichu. Charizard is sleeping on the road. Pikachu and Raichu run over Charizard's tail. Charizard wakes up, and it begins to chase Pikachu and Raichu. Charizard does its best to catch up with the Pokémon. Charizard smilies as it pasts the two electric Pokémon. A gust of wind sends Pikachu and Raichu down the mountain. They land on Snorlax. Snorlax falls over on Pikachu and Raichu. Pikachu and Raichu have managed to get themselves unstuck from each other.
Charizard comes flying over them. Not paying attention, Charizard crashes into some construction and gets its head stuck in a pipe. Charizard desperately tries to get free, but it can't. From above, Meowth tells the Pokémon to be quiet. A Flamethrower comes out from the other end of the pipe, frying Meowth. A rope is tied to Charizard's leg, and the Pokémon tries to pull Charizard out. The pulling is doing some good, but Charizard is still stuck. Charizard pulls its foot forward causing the Pokémon to topple over. Snubbull, Marill, Raichu, and Cubone laughs at them. Charizard, from the inside, begins to cry. Pikachu asks them if they could help free Charizard. All the Pokémon except for Cubone agrees to help pull Charizard out. The Pokémon begins, and Cubone stares at them. The reason of why Cubone isn't helping is because it is known as the "lonely" Pokémon. This means that Cubone only cares for itself. Cubone sees the fear Charizard is going through, and it agrees to help. With everyone pulling with all of their might, Charizard is released from the pipe. The Pokémon fly backwards, and Charizard flies into the air with Psyduck. Meowth is mad now, and he takes out a bomb. Charizard lands on Meowth, and the bomb explodes. Psyduck stares at the burnt Meowth.
Everyone is building a new play area for themselves. The play area is finally finished. Pikachu and Cubone are on the swings. Raichu, Marill, Bulbasaur, Squirtle, and Geodude are on the slide. Vulpix helps build a sand castle for Togepi. They are all having a fun time together. Later that afternoon, the Pokémon watches the sunset. The Pokémon then hear Ash, Misty, and Brock calling for them. Pikachu and Snubbull shakes hands, and then they say goodbye. Pikachu jumps into Ash's arms with a big smile.
