Super Smash Bros. Melee is a great game for the Game Cube. It introduces all of our favorite characters from the previous Nintendo games. I enjoy this game a lot because it never gets boring. There is always something to do. The game is for all ages. I think anyone is capable of playing it. I can't find many cons with this game, only pros.

Pros Cons

As you can see, Super Smash Bros. Melee has many more pros and cons, and the last con is just my opinion.

The gameplay is pretty awesome. Each character has different moves you can use. With these moves, you can create strategies for your favorite character. The gameplay is what makes this game an exciting game. If you choose to battle with the computer, you can choose the level your opponent is at in the game. Level 9 is the strongest while Level 1 is the weakest. Another thing I like about the gameplay is that you can go into Training mode. In this mode, you choose an opponent however your opponent won't battle you. Instead, you practice your skills and strategies with your opponent. Basically, you are training your character. The tournament mode is another mode in the game. If you have many friends at your house, you can have up to 64 of them play. The unique battling is what makes this game a treasure.

Another reason why this game has been a success is because it has all of our favorite characters in it. Mario, Luigi, Pikachu, Samus, Falco, the list goes on.

With the multiplayer features, you can battle with your friends to test your true skills. In VS. Mode, you can play up to 4 people, however in Tournament mode you can play up to 64 people.

I could only find one con in this game, but it's not really con, rather an opinion. If I lose a battle, I get somewhat frustrated especially if I have to restart the adventure. For example, if I lose against the Master Hand in Classic Mode, I have to retsart Classic Mode from the beginning again. However, this pretty much goes with every other game so it isn't so bad.

Overall, I really like this game. If you do buy a Game Cube or if you have one, I recommend you get this game. This game does have plenty of challenge in it, so it's not all boring. You will definately spend a good few weeks with this game. I give this game a 9.7/10.
