Hey You Pikachu is a game where you talk to Pikachu via microphone.
This information below is from http://www.ign.com/ but has been edited by Pokemon Nightmare.
The game starts out with your mother telling you that you have a test with Professor Oak. She gives you your PokéHelper which conveys your feelings to Pokemon. You go to Professor Oak now. When you get to him, he presents you with a Pokemon, and tells you to talk to it. During this time, you use the microphone and Z-button. So start talking to Pikachu until he comes over to you. This is simply a test to earn Pikachu's trust. Eventually, Professor Oak will tell you that you've passed the test.
Now you can bring Pikachu to different areas, and it will learn some new phrases along the way. You might bring it to a garden, fishing hole, forest, whichever you choose. When you're at the fishing hole, you can teach Pikachu how to fish. The good thing is that Professor Oak will always be by your side giving you advice and help.
You can get a lot of help too by using your PokéHelper. With your PokéHelper, you can keep track of the days you've spent with Pikachu, the number of times you've spoken to it, and how many Pika Points you've earned. Pika Points is a system that tells you how well your friendship with Pikachu is doing. There are two other meters on the screen that tells you Pikachu's happiness and electricity level. If you want Pikachu to do something that you want it to do, then keep it happy. The happiness level is a pink meter. You can also call the power of Pikachu's thunderbolt. There's a lightning icon on the screen to measure this. If you never use it, then it will run out. Of course, it will recharge later.
Graphics
The graphics aren't that great. The textures have a low resolution and the draw distance is weak. The only thing that looks good is Pikachu's lightning bolt. Another thing is that the game is extremely colorful, so little kids should be pleased by that. Another good thing is the animation. If Pikachu can't say something because of its limited vocabulary, then it will use its expressions to communicate. The animation is really good because it basically brings Pikachu to life.
