Ash and friends head into a town where everyone is mad at each other. The next day, they meet a Jigglypuff who can't sing. When it eats a piece of fruit, it starts to sing and everyone goes to sleep. When Jigglypuff is done, it gets a black marker and draws on everyone's faces. That night, Jigglypuff sings on a stage puttting everyone in the town asleep. When they wake up, everyone has drawings on their face and everyone apologizes to each other.
